Growing old is my biggest fear… Majorly. I get so sad… And I also fear the ones I love getting old because I don’t think I can handle the sadness

That’s really interesting. Do you feel sad about the physical aspects of weakness in aging or life passing before your eyes?

Mostly the phyical aspects, but then it turns into their lives passing before my eyes and that then makes me think of losing them. I have a real issue with it. Even seeing a stranger who’s old really makes them sad and scared for them.
